Questions & answers

Q: Why can’t I register (make an order) on the site?

This sometimes happens, especially in older versions of Internet Explorer under certain circumstances. If you tried to place an order through this browser and it didn’t work, try accessing the site using another browser: FireFox, Google Chrome or Opera. This should help.

Q: Why are the prices on your website different from the prices in pharmacies?

We try to keep attractive prices for our customers, therefore the prices for drugs on our website are valid and apply only to an online order made on the site, and may differ from the prices for drugs in partner pharmacies.

All customers can be sure of the quality of medicines, as we have a strict control system.

Q: If I can’t pick up my order on the day it arrives at the pharmacy, can I buy it later?

You will receive an SMS message “Your order No. **** has been sent to the pharmacy…”. In addition, when the order arrives at the pharmacy, in most cases, the pharmacy staff will call and inform you that the order has been received and that it can be picked up. You can also contact the pharmacy yourself using the phone number indicated in the SMS and find out if your order has arrived.

Q: What will happen to my order if I do not redeem it within 3 days?

If you have not redeemed your order within 3 days, the order is canceled, returned to the warehouse and disbanded. And you will have to place a new order on the site.

Q: Can I pay for goods with a credit card?

Payment by bank cards can be made at the discretion of the pharmacy, check this information with the pharmacy.

We always provide multiple payment options. This can be payment upon receipt of the order, online payment on the site or payment by credit card. You choose the method that is convenient for you.

Q: Can I get an additional discount if I already have a discount card?

Pharmacy discount cards and other discounts do not apply to online orders made through the website. We just try to keep prices as low as possible. But the pharmacy, at its discretion, has the right to provide customers with additional discounts on online orders.

Q: What is a “promo code” and how to get it?

A promotional code is a code word that gives the right to receive a discount when ordering goods on the site. Promo codes are one-time and reusable, perpetual and with an expiration date. Therefore, if you have a promotional code, it is better to use it immediately.
